个人简介：

安达·摩菲是欧洲爱尔兰著名的认知行为心理咨询师，是爱尔兰认知行为心理咨询师培训工作的开业先锋，他负责并领导爱尔兰国家认知行为心理咨询师委员会（ICP）的主体培训工作，主持并监管多项爱尔兰认知行为心理咨询师的培训项目，是爱尔兰政府心理咨询部的特聘专家，同时，安达·摩菲是爱尔兰医科大学心理咨询培训中心的主席，是爱尔兰卫生部家庭医生培训计划的副总监。

安达·摩菲在爱尔兰的都柏林同时经营自己的心理机构，和当地的家庭医生及卫生部门协手咨询并治愈了无数的抑郁症和焦虑症患者。

著作简介：

Enda Murphy  

        Enda Murphy is the leading Cognitive Behavioural Therapist working in Ireland.

        He is the psychotherapy training director of the Irish College of General Practitioners.

        He is Assistant Director of the Irish Health Services GP Training scheme.

   He is the Chairperson of the Irish Confederation of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

        He served on the Board of Directors of The Irish Council of Psychotherapy from 2005 to 2009.

        He is actively involved in the development of CBT training in Ireland having co- chaired the CBT training committee of the ICP which coordinated the CBT training programmes delivered by universities in Ireland.

        He works in developing and delivering CBT training programmes in Ireland and advising the Irish Government in the provision of psychotherapy services in Ireland.

        He is the author of ‘The GP Model of CBT’; a model of CBT specifically designed for medical doctors and health professionals. This forms the basis of all psychotherapy training for medical doctors in Ireland.

         He operates a CBT clinic which works extensively with medical doctors and the Irish Mental Health services in the treatment of Depression and Anxiety.
